Our Key Personnel are responsible for ensuring we continue to strive towards achieving our Vision, Mission, and Values in all that we do.
Ian brings experience in Health Management, Hospital Administration and Health Planning to Integra. He works to ensure Integra’s leading Business Managers, Plan Managers, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Psychologists and support staff have the resources they need to assist people with disability to plan and manage their services, and enhance their lives through ‘Choice’ and ‘Control’. By ensuring Integra practices and delivers services within these parameters, Ian is able to make certain each client receives every aspect of their service at the highest level.
Ms. Steckman has over 20 years’ experience, primarily working in various aspects of the healthcare sector, with a focus on government programs primarily related to Aged Care and Individuals with Disabilities. She has spent the past six years focused on the area of self-direction and is passionate about person centered thinking and choice and control. She has brought her unique combination of experience, passion and business acumen from the US to Australia to found a joint venture focused on providing world-class self-direction tools and products to Australians.
Imelda has more than 28 years’ experience in the provision of complex case management and support services for people with a variety of health, injury, disability and medical conditions. She has held senior roles in hospital and community based rehabilitation, insurance and disability. Imelda graduated as an OT from the University of Sydney and has completed post-graduate training in HRM, Ergonomics and Insurance and has a Masters Degree in Health Management.
Customer Contact Centre Manager
With 13 years’ leadership experience in the contact centre environment, Kellie specialises in multi-channel delivery across sales, customer service and retention. She applies her vast experience to ensuring Integra maintains exceptional customer service standards. Kellie's role includes optimising operational efficiency, team building and mentoring, developing call methodology, and project planning and implementation.
As a Winston Churchill Fellow, graduate of the Melbourne Business School and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Nic brings expertise to the acquisition of person centred goals. Nic takes a relationship management approach to secure quality and effectiveness so that choice and control outcomes can be achieved at scale.
