Meet the dedicated team behind Integra

Our Key Personnel are responsible for ensuring we continue to strive towards achieving our Vision, Mission, and Values in all that we do.

 

Julie Keene

CEO

Having held several senior executive roles within the health, higher education and financial services sectors over more than 25 years, Julie brings a broad-base of experience to Integra as CEO.

Prior to Integra, Julie was the Chief Financial Officer at HBF Health for 4 years, and the Executive Director Finance, Planning and Commercial Services at Murdoch University for 8 years.

Julie has also held several Board roles in the community services, health, education and tourism industries.

Julie is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a B Bus from Curtin University and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Western Australia.  She is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

 

Imelda Todd

Support Coordination Operations Manager

Imelda has more than 28 years’ experience in the provision of complex case management and support services for people with a variety of health, injury, disability and medical conditions.

Through her career, Imelda has held senior roles in hospital and community-based rehabilitation, insurance and disability businesses.

Imelda graduated as an Occupational Therapist from the University of Sydney, has completed post-graduate training in HRM, Ergonomics and Insurance and has a Masters Degree in Health Management.

 

Elizabeth Harris

Plan Management Chief Operating Officer

Elizabeth has over 14 years’ experience, providing fiscal intermediary services to home and community-based service programs in the US.

She has spent the last five years managing the implementation of new government programs primarily related to Aged Care and Individuals with Disabilities. Ensuring that programs are designed to support and empower participants and their design encourages fiscal responsibility and program sustainability.

She brings a unique combination of experience, passion and business acumen to Australia with an aim to provide world-class self-direction tools and products to Australians.

 

Nic Bolto

Engagement Director

Nic brings an excellent skill set to Integra having worked in leadership positions across the charitable, corporate and social justice sectors.

Nic applies his expertise to the acquisition of person centred goals by taking a relationship management approach to securing quality and effective outcomes so that choice and control can be achieved at scale.

Nic is a Churchill Fellow, graduate of the Melbourne Business School and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
